choux pastry and puff pastry

Choux pastry... Look not bad...


Bake the pastry into the size shown... cut them in half


Fill the pastry with whip cream...(my arm nearly break to whip the cream into whip cream..) and decorate the top with chocolate or icing sugar


this is made by puff pastry.. it too hard to make soo i will just show the product but bot recipe
